**Responsibilities**:
**Technical Service**
- React quickly to the service needs that arise when our customers submit service / trial / claim requests
- Provide support & supply customers with needed service / trial / claim status or technical information
- Evaluate and refer customer’s requests to office and field personnel
- Enhance the technical response to the sales force and brand owner / merchant / converter customers through rapid helpful resolution of inquiry issues
- Build confidence and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Remain current with technical and market changes that may affect the product performance
- Effectively promote the brand and image of the company

**Sales**
- Develops and implement sales plans to accommodate CIG APAC business goals
- Maintain/develops current accounts as well as investigates means of back selling, end user visits to develop new business
- Performs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals
- Prospects new business, sells to established and new accounts
- Forecasts and analyses customer demand and market situations on regular basis and adjusts long/short term sales targets and supply plans in case of changes in business environment
- Initiates, builds, develops and maintains good relationship and business with most important customers and brand owners as well as with customer service and other functions in the company
- Adheres to pricing and trading terms within parameters set by the BO Cig. Global/business area

**Key Competence Required for the Position**:

- Work requires an extensive knowledge of business and an excellent command of the English oral and written language
- Strong organizational and workflow skills required as well as the ability to conceptualize and understand various printing and paper related issues
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy working within all areas of the company, including external communications
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, code of conduct
- Highly developed in people management and organization skills
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work
