**Summary**
The Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist is responsible for ensuring optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency by analyzing workforce data, forecasting demand, and creating schedules that align with business needs. This role supports workforce planning, real-time monitoring, and performance reporting to enhance productivity and service delivery.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to predict workforce demand.
- Create, optimize, and adjust schedules to meet business requirements while ensuring efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Monitor real-time workforce performance and adjust staffing as needed to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze historical data and trends to improve scheduling accuracy and workforce utilization.
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams to align staffing with business goals and seasonal demands.
- Assist in implementing workforce management tools and processes for improved efficiency.
- Generate and distribute workforce performance reports, providing insights and recommendations.
- Identify and escalate workforce-related issues to leadership for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance workforce management strategies.
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, or a related role.
- Proficiency in workforce management tools (e.g., NICE, Verint, Workforce Now, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and trends.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements related to scheduling and staffing.
