Interchange Manager, Bus Operations

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily bus operations with Operations Supervisors to ensure all scheduled services are deployed.
- Work closely with Bus Operations Control Centre (BOCC) to fulfil operational requirement.
- Perform all Road Diversions/ road works/ shifting of bus stops/ Timecard changes briefing.
- Conduct runtime reviews, fare evasion audits and bus stop surveys.
- Ensure interchange first parade task are conducted daily for system functional readiness and timely reporting of findings.
- Manage interchange cleaning and security vendors.
- Conduct service routes risk assessment, safety briefing to Bus Captains and investigation for accidents/ incidents.
- Conduct safety inspection, and administer safety programme.
- _Able to handle _complaints and compliments.

**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Minimum Degree
- Relevant experience in a similar environment, preferably in transportation industry

**Skills**
Technical skills include:

- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret operations performance
- Possess computing skills such as word, powerpoint and excel.
- Generic skills include:

- Able to communicate effectively with people from different age groups.
- Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Team player and able to work independently when necessary.
