**CRITERIONS**
- Tele-sales on existing company/new leads effectively
- Able to identify, filter, and prioritize leads to optimize success rate
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators, (Call, Event, Appointment, Ticket, etc.)
- Secure sales appointments and funnel to outfield sales team for site visits
- Work closely and communicate on quality leads transfer to sales team
- Good understanding of product (comprehensive training is provided)
- Flair in tele-sales’ pitch (comprehensive training and script will be provided)
- Maintain and develop relationships with newly acquired and existing customers
- Undertake any other duties assign by your manager

**COMPETENCIES**
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably in finance and service industry (membership, loan, credit card, subscription, etc.), selling to SMEs

**COMPENSATION**
- Basic + Commission + Incentives + Bonus + Employee Share option
- S$25K-60K annually

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
