**What You’ll Do**
- Work closely with our product, design, and tech teams to understand product requirements and new feature specifications, plan test scenarios, execute UAT, and ensure the timely delivery of each release cycle (2 week sprints)
- Analyse product specifications and designs to create and execute testing plans across web and mobile platforms
- Identify and execute test cases & edge cases, document and communicate test outcomes, and raise and retest bugs and functional gaps in each build
- Create and manage test accounts, data, and devices to ensure full coverage of all test cases across various scenarios and platforms
- Monitor and track the timely completion of UAT across functional, design, and technical aspects
- Provide UAT status reports and updates, escalating issues that may impact the release schedule
- Collaborate with the tech team, product team, and design team to identify issues, consolidate feedback,and fix them before new features are released to production
- Work with our customer success team to investigate and manage reported bugs in production systems, providing workarounds and tracking the issues through resolution

**Requirements**:
**About You**
- 2+ years hands-on experience in UAT, QA, or development of software products across web and mobile platforms
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, sprint cycles, and scrum/agile methodology
- Strong familiarity with technical products and how software works
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English, with the ability to work across technical, product, design, and customer teams
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and meticulous personality, with a bias towards documentation and completion

**Bonus Points**
- You’ve worked at fast-paced software teams/companies that release to production every 2-4 weeks (or less)
- You have a strong technical background and skillset (e.g. a degree in computer science or knowing how to code web / mobile apps)
