Senior Finance Program Manager

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Driving Process harmonization across the Asia region in conjunction with the Global team. Ensuring designs are globally standard and regionally relevant
- Overseeing execution of Program benefits realization, managing workstream activities, issues and risks for Asia region
- Develop and foster relationships with key IT and business leaders, project managers, portfolio stakeholders, and external partners
- Provide daily management of Finance workstreams in the Asia region
- Collaborate with business and finance leadership to support project requirements, vetting and prioritization processes
- Support overall program by provide consistent and effective portfolio dashboards, portfolio reviews, scorecards, and reports for the Asia region
- Ensure compliance and alignment with the Program Management Office (PMO) standards and processes
- Identify, track, and help resolve cross-portfolio dependencies and conflicts in support of the Asia region
- Serve as the point of escalation for project stakeholders or requestors with issues directly related to Finance in the Asia Region
- Managing requirements/demand for new work
- Managing communication/collaboration across the program, driving data driven decsions

Qualifications:

- At least ten years work experience in an enterprise environment
- Successfully managed a large S/4 Hana implementation that included some level of business transformation
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization including managing through cross-business area or business unit prioritization discussions
- Expert understanding of finance and order to cash business processes
- Experience in implementing and maintaining accurate key performance measures relating to program status for a global S4 Program
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and Smartsheet
- Fluent English is required and Mandarin is a plus
