The Engineering team is responsible for bringing modern, technologically-driven solutions to complement the automotive industry. The team has a focus on devising innovative products to streamline the car ownership process, improving every experience, from car viewing to periodic maintenance. Carro is seeking to hire an Embedded Engineer for our Engineering team.

Carro is the largest car marketplace in Southeast Asia - our mission is to be the marketplace of choice for all automotive needs. At Carro, we catalyse change in the automotive ecosystem by driving higher standards, reshaping the industry with our solutions and empowering everybody with the experience they deserve.

We are looking for an Embedded Engineer to lead and assist in the software development of the Engineering team. You’ll be expected to work with fellow engineers in product development and deployment from a software perspective. You will also be required to develop software according to the needs of the engineering team.

**Responsibilities**
- Design codes according to the demands of the products from development to deployment
- Lead and contribute in product development, feasibility study
- Implement latest technologies and software features to enhance performance
- Troubleshoot coding errors

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineer, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
- Able to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, hunger to achieve results, resourcefulness and a team player.
- 2-5 years of experience in embedded programming or related fields is preferred.
- Experience working with RF, robotics, automotive or similar industry is advantageous
- Experience with embedded software development fields such as C++ and Arduino architecture are preferred.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services will be advantageous
