Our client, an innovator in the fintech securities brokerage arena with a global footprint, is on the lookout for a Compliance Analyst who specializes in the critical evaluation of marketing compliance, adept translation between English and Chinese, and possesses acute cultural sensitivity. This role is pivotal in ensuring that marketing materials not only comply with strict regulations but also resonate effectively with diverse international markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Precision in Compliance**:Your primary duty is to examine marketing materials, leveraging your expertise to navigate through compliance grey areas effectively and provide strategic recommendations.
- **Bilingual Translation Leadership**:You will lead the translation efforts between English and Chinese, ensuring that all content is accurate and culturally relevant. Your proficiency in Chinese is crucial for upholding quality and managing the localization process efficiently.
- **Market Sensitivity**:Employ your understanding of diverse geographical markets to adapt marketing strategies, ensuring they are both globally appealing and compliant.

**Requirements**:

- **Compliance Background**:At least 2 years of experience in a compliance role within the trading or brokerage sector, with a significant focus on marketing materials.
- **Language Skills**:Fluent in English and Chinese, capable of managing sophisticated translation tasks and ensuring cultural appropriateness.
- **Marketing Acumen**:An intuitive grasp of how marketing strategies are perceived across different international markets.
- **Analytical Prowess**:Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate marketing approaches and suggest enhancements within regulatory constraints.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**:A strong sense of cultural awareness to navigate the subtleties of localizing marketing materials for a global audience.
