Roles & Responsibilities
Location: No. 7 Kranji Loop Singapore 739543.

**Salary**: $2500 - $3000
Shipping documents & order processing
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for export, drop shipment (direct shipment) order processing.
- Shipping mode: DHL, air freight & sea freight.
- Prepares full set shipping documentation includes internal pick list, packing list and invoice.
- Prepares and check shipping documents to ensure it comply with contract and LC (Letter of Credit) requirement
- To co-ordinate with warehouse teams for export shipment preparation (i.e. cargo pick up, shipping marks, barcode labelling)
- To co-ordinate shipment with factories, forwarder and customer to ensure timely clearance & delivery of shipments
- Prepare quotation to customer as per instruction from sales representative
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business, Logistic, Supply Chain Management or others related courses or equivalent
- Knowledge of L/C documentations, Incoterms, shipping procedure & logistics experience
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Possess strategic thinking, able to take initiatives and pro-active attitude
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Require skill(s): Proficient in MS Excel & Words (Excel skills.ie. VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), SAP
- Able to start work within short notice
