Singapore ALLTECH SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. Full time

Be responsible for the financial systems of the Company, the accounting processes, monthly and yearly closing processes, planning process and asset management.
- Review and control day to day accounting operations: General Ledger, AP, AR, inventory control, project costing, fixed assets, cash management etc.
- Be in charge of Financial Reporting including Taxation & Compliances.
- Experience on Conducting due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures with financial models and analysis will be an added advantage
- Report to Director with timely and accurate financial information.
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities - Perform ad-hoc analysis and simulations to support business decisions

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CIMA). - Have experience in reviewing and responding to changes
- Be able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced service environment - Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Construction or Facility Management industry, with at least 3 years in a controller’s role or audit experience and a history of successful progressive finance roles.
- Experience in calculation and analysis of profit margins, spending, capital investment, forecasts and budgets. Proven ability to understand key financial and business variables in a complex and changing commercial environment
- Experience with SGX compliances (listed co. procedure & documentation) will be an added advantageStrong leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills

- Working hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Saturdays: 8.30am to 12.30pm
- The working location is 3-5 mins walk from Paya Lebra MRT
