Singapore MEIBAN MOLD MANUFACTURE PTE LTD Full time

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1) Quality Function**

a) Support mold test by performing first piece inspection, sample checking, process capability studies and prepare cosmetic report.

b) Coach and train QC inspectors on measurement techniques e.g. Measurement System Analysis and use of Measurement Instruments such as CMM, Non-Contact Optical scope etc.

c) Carried out GR & R on equipment on a regular basis.

d) Support the Department to perform in-process/outgoing quality inspection when required

e) Assist and participate in investigation and monitoring of customer complaints.

f) Assist in filing all inspection records as per procedure.

g) Prepare measurement Work Instructions for QA to follow.

h) Provide support in the part validation process.

i) Collecting and compiling statistical quality data

j) Perform any other tasks as assigned.

**EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERINCE**
- Possess minimum of GCE ‘O’ Level
- Skilled in use of measuring instrument such as Profile projector, CMM, Smart scope etc
- Understanding of statistical techniques
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
