The Prime Video Finance team is looking for an exceptional Marketing & FP&A Finance Manager to support the Prime Video business in the South East Asia (SEA) region.

This role will support the regional marketing leaders and their respective teams to manage marketing activities both through paid channels and on-site placements. In doing so, the individual will partner with business teams to analyze and approve marketing proposals, identify and implement processes and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and own comptrollership.

This role will also support and coordinate all aspects of SEA PV FP&A processes, including long range financial forecast, annual budgets and quarterly guidance with key business stakeholders.

As a Marketing & FP&A Finance Manager, you will...
- Support and coordinate all aspects of FP&A processes, including long range financial forecast, annual budgets and quarterly guidance.
- Help build business cases to assist in evaluating new business concepts, perform ad hoc deep dive analysis as required by the business to drive key insights that can assist in making business decisions
- Work closely with the Marketing teams to provide insightful analysis of monthly operating results against budget or forecast, bridge variances to financial/non-financial business drivers and communicate risk and opportunities to the business
- Conduct analysis on new business initiatives to help leadership determine financial feasibility and prepare dynamic scenario analysis to facilitate discussion when faced with economic trade-offs
- Work closely with global FP&A team to improve budgeting and forecasting processes and tools. This includes designing, testing and implementing appropriate modelling functionality.
- Synthesize large data sets to consumable executive summaries for stakeholders.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or quantitative field - Prior work experience in an entertainment company or supporting marketing teams - Advanced analytical skills and expertise with building financial models and processes using MS Excel - Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment - Comfortable working in cross-functional teams - Excellent written and oral communication with proven influencing skills
