Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator/executive

Reporting to the General Manager, this role coordinates all the marketing activities and initiatives of the Company.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Creative design, content creation, copywriting and develop marketing collaterals (including product catalogues, photo-shoot, newsletters, press releases, publicity materials, corporate presentation, webpage designs etc).
- Manage and update Company’s owned media, including website and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) on a regular basis.
- Upkeep all marketing POS materials and maintenance of Marketing shared folder.
- Work in synergy with the Managers to develop marketing plans and promotion calendar for key brands to achieve the agreed targets with brand owners.
- Support sales team to organize trade / consumer tasting events and provide editorial/ product write ups upon customers’ requests.
- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.
- Responsible for e-commerce account management, marketplace sales & operations, promotions and campaign planning, online marketing and customer service with the objectives of driving sales and growing brands’ presence online.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Arts preferably.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, resourceful, initiative, flexible, eye for detail.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
