Manage Green Rating process of projects and ensure target achievement, such as **GBI, GreenRE, LEED, Green Mark, ILFI etc.**:

- **Mechanical experience** including dynamic simulation - **IES, CFD**:

- Experience in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning) and chiller audits.
- Project management for local and overseas projects (e.g. design, computation, M&E, facilitation & advisory, etc.)
- Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions.
- Conduct all necessary calculations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, etc.
- Other adhoc related tasks

Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in **Mechanical / Electrical Engineering** or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in related field
- Willing to travel
- Can work independently as well as in small teams
- Able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
- Good communication skills, both verbal and writing skills, with attention to detail
- Good report writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
- Proficient Microsoft Office and other IT software.
