The Salvation Army, Singapore - Peacehaven Nursing Home

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist and support the nurses in the delivery of nursing care to the residents
- Assist in monitoring of vital signs
- Attend to the daily needs of the residents to ensure safety, comfort and well being of the residents
- Assist in the conduct of daily exercises for the residents
- Provide guidance to the Health Care Assistant and Health Attendant
- Maintain accurate documentation of care given
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by nurses

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support/Nursing Care/ITC in Healthcare/GCE N Level/Diploma in Nursing
- Able to work independently and communicate well with team

**OTHER INFORMATION**

**Working Hours**
- 44 working hours per week (1 days off per week according to roster)
- Shift duty according to the nursing roster
- Meal break: 30 minutes
- Tea break: 15 minutes
