**Responsibilities**:

- Showing, explaining and demonstrating to residents the locations and purposes of the Enhancement for Active Seniors (EASE) retrofits provisions Address and resolve complaints or feedback promptly, implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Dealing with requests and handling complaints of the residents with tact and patience
- Offering on-site suggestions of fall-prevention measures, if necessary; arranging for works to be carried out within flats timely
- Ensuring good rapport and maintaining positive relations with the
- residents
- Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders, including contractors, project managers, consultants, residents, and authorities, taking proactive steps to mitigate any issues related to construction activities.
- Liaise and coordinate with these parties to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
- Develop and execute public relations programs or talks to inform the public about the project's progress.
- Design and implement public relations strategies specific to the project.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding public relations activities on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of public relations work experience is required
