Reporting directly to the Director of Product, this is a great opportunity for you to play a critical role in a segment-leading mobile game.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize tasks and track day-to-day work with team leads to ensure objectives are met on time
- Define milestones’ schedule and content and validating delivered key milestones in relation with the objectives
- Mitigate risks by identifying them early and propose / implement contingency plans by deciding which compromises should be made between the time, quality, and budget
- Communicate with off-site internal development teams for various components of the project, defining their scope of work, resources, schedule, and delivery
- Ensure games’ quality objectives are met
- Manage high profile talents
- Any other ad-hoc duties, if necessary

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience as a mobile game producer or 2 years as a free-to-play mobile game producer with at least 1 shipped title
- At least 1 shipped mobile game taking from start to release. A free-to-play and casual puzzle title is a plus.
- Experience managing teams of 10+ contributors
- Experience working with remote/cross organizational teams and managing outsource partners
- Fluently bilingual in both, English & Chinese, to coordinate with our development team in China
