**The Position**:
The Product Owner for Workplace & Collaboration is responsible for defining, managing, and driving the successful implementation and adoption of digital workplace and collaboration tools, with Microsoft 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem as the core platform. Acting as a pivotal connector between technology and senior business stakeholders, this role sets the strategic direction for enhancing productivity, communication, and collaboration across the organization through innovative and secure digital solutions.

**Major Responsibilities**
**Product Vision and Roadmap**:
- Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for workplace and collaboration technologies, aligning with organizational goals and user requirements.
- Identify and analyse market trends, technologies, and best practices in digital workplace solutions with a focus on the Microsoft ecosystem
- Establish and manage a comprehensive roadmap for workplace and collaboration tools.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of the Workplace & Collaboration technologies and services.
**Requirements Definition and Prioritization**:
- Gather, document, and prioritize Workplace & Collaboration requirements and user stories based on business value and risk assessment.
- Engage stakeholders to understand security and compliance needs and incorporate market best practices.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria
**Technology Solution and Delivery**:
- Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure technology solutions are effectively designed, developed, and delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide strategic oversight, guidance, and clarity to teams during implementation.
- Monitor delivery progress, proactively addressing and mitigating impediments.
**Stakeholder Communication**:
- Serve as the main interface between senior business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Provide regular updates on projects, security outcomes, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Facilitate collaboration and understanding between business and technology stakeholders.
**Usability and Experience**:
- Ensure solutions are intuitive, secure, and aligned with user needs and business processes.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve usability and productivity
- Prioritize features and improvements that enhance the user experience.
**Product Performance and Optimization**:
- Define and monitor KPIs such as adoption rates, user satisfaction scores, productivity gains, and incident resolution times.
- Leverage analytics and insights to drive continuous optimization and improvement.
- Implement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and adoption of workplace and collaboration tools
**Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory standards, security protocols, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks associated with collaboration platforms and cloud services.
- Coordinate with internal risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity teams.
**People Management**:
- Lead, mentor, and foster the professional development of team members focused on Microsoft 365 workplace and collaboration initiatives.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Encourage active participation, open communication, and cross-functional collaboration
