- Manage warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision
- Manage warehouse operations with teams of staff; material handling, customer service, inventory record and shipping requirements
- Daily system check to ensure the overall process of operation is fully completed, and KPI is fulfilled
- Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short
- and long-term performance goals
- Achieve financial objectives by prompt submission of billing instructions & verification of claims & costs
- Analyze, suggest and implement Cost Cutting Measures wherever needed and work within annual budget and preparing financial reports
- Recruitment and selection of warehouse staff which includes appraising job results
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by continuously attending courses and personal upgrading
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related projects as assigned

R **equirements**:

- Min 3 years experience in logistics or supply chain executive role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
