- Supervise and ensure the well-being, safety, and discipline of students in the student care centre
- Provide guidance and support to students in completing their school homework and assignments
- Facilitate learning and enrichment activities that promote character development and life skills
- Conduct activities and lessons with a focus on Chinese Language depending on teaching strength
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive environment
- Communicate with parents/guardians on students’ progress when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in Chinese for Chinese-focused teaching, to guide students effectively
- Genuine interest and passion for working with children
- Good interpersonal and classroom management skills
- Relevant experience in student care, education, or childcare is an advantage
