**Position Objective**:
The main objective is to manage the day to day running of the stockroom, from receiving, updating deliveries, maintaining store Plannogram & the replenishment process in the shop floor.

**Key Activities**:

- To have a complete understanding of the WHSmith Rules and Procedures manual and to abide by these rules at all times
- Ensure you have a complete understanding of all product, including up sell items, phone cards and items on promotions and are aware of new stock lines
- Price stock as required
- Maintain a high merchandising display standard
- Maintain high stock levels of all product, ensuring all shelves are filled and restocked regularly
- Carry out manual handling and lifting duties as required
- Ensure the correct lifting procedures are adhered to at all times. E.g. bend knees, assess load and break the load down if necessary.
- Ensure to read and keep up to date on any company notices/memos or procedural changes
- Advise of any incident to the supervisor or manager immediately and to complete an incident report form
- Any other duties as required or as directed by Operations Manager

**Hours of work**:
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm/ 9am - 6pm/ 10am - 7pm (8 working hours)

Must be flexible on work timing & work location (Warehouse - 11 Changi North & Changi Airport)
*We will give ample of notice on working weekends and public holidays if required.

**Requirements**:

- Due to the nature of the business, you will be expected to work shifts, which will include some weekends and Public Holidays;
- Able to work at the designated WH Smith store at Changi Airport and warehouse at 11 Changi North.
- Flexible in work hours: 8am - 5pm/ 9am - 6pm/ 10am - 7pm (8 working hours)
- Physically fit to lift and handle goods up to 30kg and able to maneuver heavy pallets of stocks through the facility.

**Salary**: $1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
