**1. Community Engagement**:

- Plan, execute, and oversee a calendar of regular community events and activities (e.g., social gatherings, workshops, fitness classes).
- Foster a culture of inclusion and engagement through day-to-day interactions with residents.

**2. Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Manage internal communication channels (e.g., newsletters, community boards, social media groups) to keep residents informed and engaged.

**3. Feedback and Conflict Resolution**:

- Collect feedback from residents through surveys, informal conversations, and feedback boxes.
- Address and mediate any conflicts or issues that arise within the community.

**4. Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the coliving space and its community aspects.
- Contribute to content creation (e.g., blog posts, social media content) highlighting community events and resident stories.

**5. Partnerships and Collaborations**:

- Establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations for event sponsorships, discounts, and collaborations.
- Network with other coliving spaces and community organizations to share best practices and resources.

**6. Resident Onboarding**:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new residents, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
- Organize welcome events to integrate new residents into the community.

**7. Operational Support**:

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure community spaces are well-maintained and conducive to interaction.
- Assist in enforcing community guidelines and policies.

**8. Reporting and Analysis**:

- Regularly report on community engagement metrics, event attendance, and feedback analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving the resident experience.

**9. Deliverables**:

- A monthly calendar of community events and activities.
- Monthly community newsletter and regular updates via internal communication channels.
- Quarterly reports on community engagement metrics, feedback analysis, and recommendations.
- A portfolio of successful partnerships and collaborations established.

**10. Performance Metrics**:

- Resident satisfaction and engagement scores.
- Attendance and participation rates in community events.
- Positive feedback and testimonials from residents.
- Reduction in resident conflicts and issues.

**11. Reporting**:

- The Community Manager will report directly to the [Operations Manager/Director of Community Engagement].

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
