**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
To support and create better performance of our F&B operations across the APAC region, the primary objective of the Regional F&B Controller is to support the APAC F&B department by ensuring correct, optimal, consistent implementation of data and information in the applicable systems and cost controlling tools to provide insights into spent analysis. The role will also provide data around the performance of stores, locations, categories and concepts.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Maintain correct international pricing strategies and technical guidelines**
- Ensure all prices are up to date and in line with the procedures / guidelines
- Advise in new prices for new menu items
- Analyze promotional sales and pro-actively perform benchmarks for diverse concepts
**Support purchase function internationally**
- Maintain and update the Purchase system (MyInventory)
- Assist in and pro-actively provide useful supplier reporting
- Assist in month end procedures
- Check and review monthly variances in usage and inventory
- Evaluate, update and assist in evolving all cost control reports
**Support F&B Operations**
- Advice and monitor accurate inventory, stock on hand, month end stock taking and
- Evaluate and monitor recipes produced as defined by the Concept manager or brand manager
- Advice in how to optimize use of cost of goods sold
- Ensure integration of all relevant systems and provide coaching on them
- Support projects and ensure procedures and trainings of staffs
**Support local and regional cost control teams**
- Ensure team members’ performance by training them on latest software updates and analysis competenciesProvide focused regular and ad-hoc analysis on different cost control aspects (COGS, menu engineering, menu matrix, waste ) and drive improvements
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Demonstrated experience of 5-8 years in the food and beverage industry in all levels of operations
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in cost controlling and related systems and tools, e.g., MyInventory, MyMicros, Simphony2, Micros 3700
