The intern will be coached by supervising engineer and peers to assist and participate in:
1. System build up and rollout
2. Change management - training, workshop, campaign
3. Impact study - understand and quantify the benefits of digital transformation
He / she will learn about digital transformation and best practices in medial devices manufacturing.
