Product Manager, Sustainability

**Key Result Areas**
- Collaborates with regional business unit leaders and the product development function to meet customer needs.
- Engages with customers at a senior leadership level to understand their needs, builds trusted advisor relationships, and positions our SaaS portfolio to solve customer problems around Datacenter Capacity Management, DC operations, and Sustainability solutions.
- Manages and tracks Sustainability and DC Management opportunities, annual targets, and YTD orders globally by working closely with regional leaders and partners.
- Monitors and analyses customer, regulatory, market, and business trends as well as competitive information in this space. Generates insights and makes recommendations to leadership to inform business decisions on strategy and portfolio
- Originating, analyzing, negotiating, and executing retail and wholesale power supply contracts and deep relationships in the utility industry for Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
- Identify key market conditions, regulations, and market structures to develop and deliver on comprehensive energy procurement and renewable energy policy strategy
- Strong background in renewable projects, energy innovations projects, and infrastructure development.
- Experience working with public utility commissions, market operators, and other energy regulators

**Job Requirements**
- Min. 10 years of experience in a DC, Utilities, and renewable power industry;
- Preferably in business development or market development function with demonstrative achievements.
- Advanced skills in strategic and value selling, including managing complex transactions.
- Experience selling in both a direct and an indirect or channel-driven model is a plus.
- Experience providing consultation to customers and influencing specifications on Sustainability & Decarbonization matters
- Engaging with partners to develop innovative solutions and shape policy developments as well as selling in this space is a plus.
- History of strong relationship building with customers, partners, and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
- Proven leadership ability, interpersonal savvy, and collaborative skills to work effectively with and across all levels of business within very large and complex organizations.
- Proven ability to coach for both short-term and long-term results.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction.
- Analytical skills essential for market search, converting data into insights, and formulating strategies.
