Order Processing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible in handling full process of order processing which include from order to payment.
2. Issuing, tracking, providing feedback and updating procurement orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and meet production requirements.
3. Make the relevant documents for the storage of goods, actively cooperate with the warehouse to complete the storage of purchased goods with quality and quantity.
4. Verify and record shipment details of procurement orders, reconciling with suppliers and preparing payment requests or prepayments.
5. Be responsible for checking the quality and quantity of purchased materials, handle faulty materials, handle material complaints and track work, monthly and yearly compiling analysis and summary reports on suppliers’ performance.
6. Pay close attention to the suppliers, monitor the supplier's production scheduling and production process;
7. Responsible in handling shipping docs check (L/C / BL and etc)
8. Complete other ad hoc work.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or degree, 3 years or above procurement experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with the procurement workflow, proficient in office software;
3. Familiarity with international trade business processes such as receiving orders, tracking orders, shipping, and customs clearance.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, quick-witted, meticulous, and highly responsible.
5. Possess team spirit, cost consciousness, problem-solving skills and learning ability.
6. Bilingual in Chinese and English as working languages.
