Singapore FUJI OIL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

Assist Maintenance Manager in overseeing daily activities of Maintenance Technician and maintain staff discipline.
- Arrange and authorize overtime work schedule.
- Disseminate and explain management information to Maintenance Technicians.
- Conduct on-the-job training for Maintenance Technicians, performance appraisal and recommend promotion and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate, supervise and plan maintenance activities to ensure all Work Orders are closed accordingly.
- Inspect all respective systems and equipment within the complex to ensure good working conditions.
- Monitoring and handling supply inventory and purchase.
- Execute all related preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with risk control measures and adhere to safe work procedure according to authority requirements and guidelines.
- Prepare reports such as utility report, work order progress report, analysis report, inspection report, maintenance report, motor maintenance report (like MEGA, Coil balance and noise).
- Update any modification document (P&ID, single line drawing, equipment specification etc.) to the system.
- Responsible for administrative duties such as the upkeeping of documents, inventory equipment, tools and spares for the team.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Support workplace safety and health management system by complying with the relevant roles and responsibilities. Supervise processes to ensure operations are in accordance with operating procedures, process safety information (where applicable) and safe work practices.
- Participate in relevant safety and health programs, training, and initiatives.
- Report safety and health incidents and accidents.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S in the work area.
- Any assigned ad-hoc task(s).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE O-Level / NITEC qualification or above.
- Minimum 7 years’ working experience in a process manufacturing industry with good working knowledge and hands-on experience of operations in the plant.
- Relevant certification and hands-on experience in welding (such as SMAW, TIG, ARC, inspector etc.) and as an QC inspector in piping.
- Relevant skills certification such as Work At Height and supervisory training.
- Great team player with good communication (spoken and written), interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have good sense of priority, problem-solving, organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Able to work off-hours and weekends to attend non-scheduled emergency repairs of equipment.
- Familiar with Japanese corporate culture.
