Location: CBD

**Responsibilities**
- Follow-up customer site issues and performs necessary troubleshooting and corrective measures
- Work with other engineers, sub-contractors, acting as the site lead when required for the plant commissioning & installation phase of the project.
- Prompt closure of field issues, interfacing with the Lead Commissioning Specialist & the Project Manager and / or engineering on known issues and solutions, and promptly issuing feedback & reports when required.
- Coordinating all site & field efforts to provide learnings for future projects to both the PM & Site Leadership Manager.
- Assist on all site safety and quality requirements needed for the job. Includes reports & all project documentation.
- Supervise a safe and compliant workforce/organization to deliver on time & within budget.
- Execute all site activities and liaising with service teams, contractors, clients and Project Managers within the region.
- Deliver training needs to ensure effective skill set and ensure transition of equipment to client employees.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Chemical dosing systems, PLC’s, SCADA systems and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
