Senior Valuer

ETC is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Valuer / Assistant Manager role in the Statutory Valuation & Property Tax Advisory team.

You will be part of ETC’s Statutory Valuation & Property Tax Advisory team, supporting property owners in navigating complex regulations. Clients across industries, from retail, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, rely on our expertise to safeguard their interests. With the team, you will advise corporate clients on property tax matters.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Full time focus on property tax advisory to our corporate clients
- Manage and advise on their property tax portfolios
- Carry out site inspections and analyse data to assess the annual values for property tax purpose
- Prepare assessment reports
- Liaise and assist in discussions with the assessors in Property Tax Department to resolve the objections and appeals

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Real Estate or equivalent discipline
- Experience in property tax assessment/ valuation preferred
- Good knowledge of the local property market industry
- Possess good communication skills and team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful
