Fragrance Development Manager

**Job Description**:

- Managing fragrance development projects in ASEAN countries
- Able to conduct expert panels evaluation across categories
- Have good understanding on current consumer trends, market needs and consumer preference on consumer products in ASEAN region
- Develop, in collaboration with Perfumers, fragrances/technology solutions and verify the technical performance
- Able to handle projects and to work independently, as well as working together with headquarters in France
- Manage regional fragrance library/country to ensure that it is up to date and efficiently to generate the sales in the region
- Assist in developing Category plans, in partnership with internal customers/stakeholders so as to ensure that fragrance strategies align with overall business objectives

Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemistry, Consumer Studies, Product Research, Chemical or any other relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the industry in an international environment
- Has excellent olfactive communication skill so as to support the overall creative process
- Has deep knowledge of fragrance materials and technologies
- Team player with ability to motivate others so as to achieve results and execute strategic plan effectively
- Other language proficiency is a plus, with fluency in the command of English language
