Senior Quantity Surveyor

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare of tender documents, cost planning control and budget estimation
- Coordinator with Sub-contractors, suppliers ,consultants and other related parties
- Responsible for valuation of progress claim and variation orders
- Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
- Carry other contracts and administration tasks

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineer or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in main construction companies experience in HDB contracts an advantage
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
