The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute live stream content pillars
- Support team with content development, production, collaborations and shoots
- Plan out live stream content for recurring and stand alone campaigns like 9.9, 11.11, Mooncake Festival Fest, K-beauty Fiesta etc.
- Coordinate across different functions (e.g. marketing, business development, finance etc) and external parties (e.g. brands, sellers etc) for content and execution
- Manage, track and allocate budget to maximise Livestream performance
- Work with the development team to propose and test new features launched for Shopee Live
- Track, monitor, and understand local and overseas livestream performance through insights and analytics
- Research and analyse Livestream trends to provide insights and recommendations
- Prepare reporting and provide insights on business trends to internal and external stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good planning, time management and organisational skills
- Team player with can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong adaptability with a positive, collaborative and energetic attitude
- Reliable and self-motivated to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines
- Prior experience in live stream/ production is a bonus
- Open and flexible to work weekends or nights should Livestream be scheduled during off-work hours
