**Working Hours**
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm (inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm (inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

**Scope of Services**

**Science Laboratory Duties**
- Monitor and manage stock of equipment and science resource materials.
- Purchase and prepare lab materials/resources for experiments.
- Maintain a catalogue of lab resources to support teachers’ activity planning.
- Purchase posters and furniture to enhance lab appearance and functionality.
- Assist teachers during experiments.
- Maintain logs of loaning and returning apparatus.
- Prepare apparatus and equipment for lessons.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment is functional.
- Assist in Science enrichment programmes and competitions, if required.

**Special Rooms Duties**
- Check and ensure special rooms are in proper order.
- Ensure safety standards are met for students using special rooms.

**Administrative Duties**
- Photocopy and collate learning worksheets for Primary 1 to 6 classes.
- Collate and prepare materials for learning activities and examinations.
- Provide support to teachers for ad hoc duties.
- Accompany teachers on learning journeys (if required).
- Provide administrative support to the General Office as needed.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the school.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with teachers, students, and stakeholders.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized in task execution.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $1,379.61 - $3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Laboratory Assistant cum Teacher Aide: 2 years (preferred)
