Manage and keep track of assets according to asset management SOPs
- Responsible for assets inventory and movement, issuing and replacement of assets, and retrieval of assets, scheduling appointments of collection and return of assets, refresh of obsolete assets, upgrade of existing assets, condemnation of obsolete assets.
- Handle requests such as recording loans assets, staff bring laptop overseas, mass transfer of Agency assets, etc.
- Asset verification and monthly reporting of onboarding/offboarding, account reviews, etc.
- Handle loss and damages of asset reported.
- Handle incidents logged for asset related matters, log call with vendor to repair faulty asset.
- Liaise with central team and log cases in ITSM and handle following up for IR/SR.
- Asset verification of existing assets and inventory check monthly.
