- Collaborate in an empowered engineering team to develop extensible technical solutions for complex problems
- Work with product management to formulate innovative solutions to improve customer success
- Continuously raise the bar and leverage new technology to make improvements around engineering process, quality, and efficiency through automation, proper code abstraction, and monitoring

**What do you need to bring to the role**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of backend development experience.
- Proficiency in java
- Leadership in designing and architecting scalable backend systems with a focus on cloud-native solutions, microservices, and serverless architectures.
- Expertise in designing and implementing fault-tolerant systems with a focus on high availability and disaster recovery.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive technical roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Experience with advanced security practices, including secure coding, encryption, and access control.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation with positive attitude and continuous improvements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with large-scale, high-performance systems.
- Experience in running large scale CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Github or Harness
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
