Singapore VIP CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Account Management, includesmonth-end closing processes, P&L, Balance Sheet reconciliations and management accounts, etc.
- Prepare pro forma financial statement for target company acquisitions, and support due diligence, audit works, if applicable.
- Manage bank account, trust account funding and IPO proceeds reconciliation.
- Prepare dual reporting (ACRA Singapore / Cayman) for regulators and local authorities, includes legal firms, auditors, SEC filing, Corporate Tax and VAT Returns, etc.
- Coordinate with US legal counsel on SEC registration, Implement SOX-like controls pre-listing.

Collaborate with stakeholders to address finance-related queries and requests and assist in financial-as-usual activities and other ad-hoc matters.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years experiences in Big 4 accounting or audit firms with CPA/ CA Singapore.
- Familiar with VIE structure and cross-border tax planning, such as experience in Singapore GST and tax filing.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US GAAP, experiences in NYE or NASDAQ listed company.
- SPAC, US IPO listing experience is a PLUS.
- Native Mandarin and fluency Business English as need to communication with stakeholders and associates.
