Cylinder Coordinator

- We are looking for a Cylinder Coordinator (contract for 6 months) to join our company.

- Supplying marine consumables, products, and solutions to every conceivable vessel type, our Marine Products division includes the Unitor brand of products, Timm ropes, Unicool refrigerants, and Unitor and Nalfleet marine chemicals. Last year we made product deliveries to 27,500 vessels, at over 2,000 ports.
- The Cylinder Coordinator will report to the Team Lead - Cylinder Coordination East.
- Who are you:
- You must be able to commit for at least 6 months of service to cover staff on maternity.
- You will be the region/areas coordinator for all cylinder commercial handling and annual stock takes required for customers.
- You will be responsible to monitor and solve cylinder deviations.

What you will be doing:
- Administrate correct registration of cylinder transfer in the system.
- Monitor and solve cylinder deviations.
- Close relationship to customer pertaining all cylinder commercial issues and challenges in cooperation with Sales and CS.
- Monitor, report and follow-up on customers’ complaints/non-compliance to the cylinder business models agreed and to secure correct administration of the cylinder assets in customers’ possession.
- Address non-compliance on cylinder business models to the area Sales organization
- Support and assure competence in the WSS network related to cylinder commercial models, including training the area in the understanding of cylinder commercial models
- Support Sales on new business model’s implementations in the areas and to follow up on changes in Terms and Conditions and Customer Agreements.
- Support sales in the area in correct administration of the assets on board customer vessels, including tracking of cylinders, analyzing cylinder discrepancies and maintain correct balances onboard customers’ vessel.
- Carry out analyses of cylinders onboard customers’ vessels and address irregularities with management and sales in the area.
- Responsible for periodic control of the count of cylinders in customers’ possession
- Initiate yearly reserve customers count confirmation in the area in cooperation with Customers, Account Sales and update the count record in system and proceed necessary customer invoicing.
- Optimize cylinders turnaround onboard customers’ vessels in cooperation with Sales and CS.
- Provide continuous feedback to Asset Management Team of any cylinder related challenges or new ideas.

- Required experience and skills:
- Diploma in Business or similar discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
