**About the job Assistant Project Manager**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, execute, monitor, control and close IT projects in the telecommunication industries.
- Develop project management plans to keep track of the entire project lifecycle.
- Ensure total compliance with project deliverables.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Lead the project team to identify and resolve all issues clients
- Timely status reporting to both the project stakeholders and steering committee.
- Provide Service Delivery Management to existing customers to ensure SLA compliance.
- Managed internal and 3rd party suppliers of the services ensuring SLA objectives are met.
- Client's Point of Contact (POC) for Escalation & Major Incident management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines
- Project Management qualifications such as PMI, PRINCE II, CITPM or equivalent
- Experience of implementing Network and Application Performance Management systems.
- Analytical problem solvers to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.
- Ability to understand complex system development methods and system testing practices
- Excellent understanding in Service Delivery and Incident Management
- Outstanding client-facing and internal communication skills
