**Project/ProductManagers
- Responsible for product development and management.
- Plan, organize, and manage resources for Product Development.
- Plan, implement, and track project schedules to ensure that projects are implemented according to requirements, agreed timelines, and cost.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed with high quality. Such deliverables include training, documentation, manuals, QA test reports.
- Establish and monitor standardized processes, tools, policies, procedures, and templates across multiple projects.
- Manage, coordinate, supervise, motivate and lead a team of engineers in both the local and offshore offices.
- Prepare tender bids and be part of pre-sales team.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Preferably PMP certified.
- Good leadership quality with team building skills and willingness to coach and share knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and remain calm with tight deadlines.
- Possess clear communication skills, analytical mental abilities, with a consistent focus on quality.
