**Production Compounder**:
**The Position**
- To ensure all production processes and equipment are well maintained to conduct daily operating activities
- To ensure all tanks level (Emulsion and feed tank) calculation checks are sufficient for operations.
- To perform routine and non-routine samples for QC testing
- To pre-weigh raw materials (i.e. liquid/powder) for preparation and collection
- To compound ingredients and packed finished goods with mínimal supervision and wastage
- To transport finished goods to warehouse with proper labelling and update
- To carry out good practices of waste disposal in an orderly manner in accordance with GMP standards
- Ensure all essential material inventories are sufficient and replenish supplies to optimal level if necessary
- Maintain Good Housekeeping standard and Material Movement devices like stackers and report any abnormality to the supervisor, follow up the Engineering team.
- Min. GCE ’O’ Level or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
- Willing to work weekly rotating shift including overnight shift
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Must be committed and is a team player
- Computer literacy in SAP and MS Office will be an added advantage
- Able to carry up to 25kg and withstand strong smelling environment
