Handyman

1) Maintain good physical conditions of all holding companies retail outlets and Headquarter to ensure that the outlets essential needs such as domestic water, electrical, lighting, wall paint, air conditioning and ventilation system are of good working condition

2) Conduct general maintenance works such as, plumbing facilities, electrical lightings switches, painting, patching of walls, carpentry, and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operations

3) 100% familiar with plumbing installation such as storage/instant water heaters, replace heater switch/cable, replace sink/basin taps, replace toilet bowl, tank accessories, replace shower mixer, install new stainless steel pipe.

4) Perform routine preventive maintenance program

5) Check and inspect the building's machinery and equipment when needed

6) Different maintenance requisitions will have to be responded by level of priorities to ensure they receive quality service and furnishings

7) Assist warehouse packing and shifting of items within outlets

8) Perform related tasks as assigned with your personal safety come first

9) Perform all tasks that are assigned by the management.

Transport:
2) Petrol fee allowed to reimburse from company

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,900.00 per month
