We are a leading company specializing in marine manufacturing and fabrication, committed to delivering high-quality aluminium products and services. We are looking for skilled Aluminium Welders and Fabricators to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform welding and fabrication of aluminium components according to engineering specifications and drawings.
- Set up and operate welding machines and equipment for various welding processes (MIG, TIG, etc.).
- Interpret and understand technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety procedures and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize production processes and resolve any issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Aluminium Welder and Fabricator, preferably in marine or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.) and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications in welding or fabrication (e.g., AWS, ISO) are a plus.
