As an R/GA Senior Producer, you will embark on a thrilling journey as the project maestro, orchestrating every aspect from start to finish. Be challenged with being the mastermind behind seamless collaboration between clients and the brilliant minds at R/GA.

Combining skills in project management, client management, and entrepreneurial leadership, the Senior Producer manages R/GA's more complex work from kick-off to delivery. As the central point of contact for project teams and clients, the Senior Producer establishes project plans, budgets, and contracts, tracks progress and removes obstacles for the team, and ensures that we deliver world-class work on strategy, on time and on budget. Depending on the program of work, the Senior Producer may manage Producers in a coordinated effort.

**What role you will play in our team**
- Lead, manage, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve task objectives and maintain focus.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and specified requirements.
- Proactively enhance work quality while adhering to schedule and budget constraints.
- Monitor and control project budgets, forecasting and reporting on underburn and overburn.
- Collaborate with Talent/Resource Management to forecast and secure project resources.
- Partner closely with Department Leads to define project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Innovate new processes and approaches to support team efficiency and work delivery.
- Coordinate and oversee third-party partners and agencies.
- Manage large client stakeholder teams and facilitate effective communication.
- Contribute to the identification and development of new business opportunities, including scoping, timelines, and approach.
- Engage with clients to clarify strategic requirements and align expectations.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Lead client meetings with a focus on achieving objectives and adhering to agendas

**The ideal person**
- 5+ years of Producer / Project Manager experience or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Global / international client handling expertise.
- Content production background preferred.
- Proficient in executing diverse user experience, design, and development projects across web and mobile platforms.
- Skilled in agile and waterfall methodologies; SCRUM certification preferred.
- Adept at developing comprehensive project scopes, including strategies, timelines, and budgets, along with detailed Statements of Work.
- Well-versed in project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, and modern alternatives like Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, Monday.
- Familiar with technical development processes and workflows.
- Effective team manager, capable of overseeing projects and teams, even with 20 members.
- Experienced in guiding mid-weight Producers / Project Managers.
- Strong at cross-time zone collaboration.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Track record of successful project budget management.
- Proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills.
- Recognizes and values teamwork.
- Experienced in mentoring junior team members.
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Confident presenter to internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled at managing third-party partners and engaging with senior-level clients.
- Thrives on leading substantial projects and ensuring their successful completion.
