Senior Lead, Technology and Product Transfer

Overview:
As the Senior Technology and Product Transfer Lead, you will be responsible for Singapore site Technology and Product Transfers. This will include sustaining product transfers from Waters sites to manufacturing partners within APAC and New Product introduction (NPI). You will conduct on site assessments, collaborating with cross functional teams in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the site technology and products transfers from worldwide Waters manufacturing to Singapore manufacturing partners. This include transfers to local and overseas partners within APAC.
- SPOC for site on New Product Introduction assessment and new technology introduction.
- Develop overall project strategy and plans including timelines, monitor project progress to ensure alignment with expectations and provide timely updates to management and project team.
- Identify project risks, work with cross functional team to identify options to develop contingency plans and propose solution.
- Chairs regular meetings and correspondence between internal and external teams.
- Plan site resource needs and get management approval for the overall project costs (e.g Headcount, Capex, Opex), strategies, and timelines.
- Generates key documentation as required in accordance to Waters ISO 13485 guidelines and manufacturing procedures
- Work closely with internal business functions as Commercial, IT, R&D, Planning, Quality, Sourcing, Packaging, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance and HR to ensure their project work flow are aligned to meet the project timeline.
- Identify and provide improvement to transfer process and communications

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree science, engineering, business or equivalent
Min 8 years of experience in Engineering, project management, technology/ products transfers
- Working knowledge in ISO 9001 and / or ISO 13485
- Proven experience in working with transfers to contract manufacturers
- Proven experience in managing projects and working successfully across functions
- Strong communicator
- Able to collaborate effectively across sites and functions to meet project timeline
- Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
- Able to work in a matrix organization with personnel in various countries
- Able to resolve complex project problems by thinking out of the box without comprising on product quality and manufacturing standards
- May require travel overseas (dependent on project requirements)
