- Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
1) Maintain good relationship with customers, upkeeping customers data and active
status Responsible to sell license renewal to existing customers
2) Assist in customers / channel partners queries, assurance and follow through the
issues Follow up with customers/channel partners on all renewal matters
4) Experience in calling customers providing them information of current offering
Must have experience in doing cold calling generate leads for upsell/gross sell to
existing customers
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make sure renewal target are met and able to do upsell servicing the customers.
