We are working with a Creative agency in Singapore who are looking for a Senior Designer to join their team.

**YOU**:

- You enjoy and excel in collaborative brainstorming, bringing meaningful ideas and sketches
- Have expertise in understanding strategic brand positioning and brand architecture
- Ability to create packaging solutions aligned with established brand architecture
- Skilled at envisioning and communicating strategic goals collaboratively with the Creative Director/Strategist
- Experienced in developing brand identity systems and contributing to guideline development
- Informed and up to date with industry trends
- Effective communication abilities and the capacity to address and incorporate client feedback on design projects
- minimum 3 years experience

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a strong mid level or Senior Designer or similar role in a brand design or creative agency.
- Strong and edgy portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative thinking around packaging design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
- A strategic mindset with a keen understanding of design's role in achieving business objectives.
