**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work and communicate effectively with other functions e.g., Group Finance, Business Technology Support, Global Markets Front Office and Business Management and the departments within Global Markets Operations to establish best in class operations unit
- Support the trade processing, confirmation and settlement (including margin movement) of Listed Derivatives, Over-The-Counter (OTC) Commodities Derivatives (both plain vanilla and structured) and Precious Metal trade settlement
- Ensure Global Market Dealers deals capturing in Murex Global Markets Platform booked correctly
- Monitor and check trade life cycle event i.e. fixing, netting of open or close-out listed derivatives contract, settlement
- Reconcile 3rd party broker and exchange daily statement and coordinate margin movement (top up and withdrawal), no mismatch of commission and charges with broker and exchange
- Ensure all trade exception are monitored, followed up and resolved immediately
- Ensure that non-receipt/non-payment of funds are monitored, followed up and resolved
- Review regulatory reports before submission
- Submit monthly reports

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognized Degree in any one or a combination of these specializations - Banking/ Finance/ Accountancy/ Computing
- Minimum 8+ years of work experience in an Operations environment within a financial institution, preferably in OTC derivatives, Listed derivatives and structured products.
- Possess strong communication and analytical skills
- Highly driven and able to work under pressure
