**1. Project Management**:

- Manage ship repair and ship refit projects, from planning through execution and delivery.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.

**2. Technical Expertise**:

- Oversee progress and technical requirements for repair and refit projects.
- Interpret technical drawings, design documents, and specifications.
- Provide guidance and suggestion to production teams during execution.

**3. Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all ship repair and refit work adheres to established quality standards.
- Conduct inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and classification requirements.
- Address quality issues promptly with effective corrective actions.

**4. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all work complies with relevant maritime regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and certifications.

**5. Communication and Coordination**:

- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to management and clients.
- Facilitate problem-solving discussions to address challenges and maintain progress.

**6. Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to reduce impact.
- Monitor risks and adapt plans as needed to maintain project success.

**Qualifications**:

- Min. of Diploma in marine engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ship repair or refit project engineering.
- Strong understanding of ship repair processes, techniques, and materials.
- Proficient in project management with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Singaporean
- Familiarity with High-speed craft systems and operational requirements.
- Experience coordinating with regulatory authorities and international clients.
- Completion of SRM (Shipbuilding and Repair Management) course is an advantage.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
