**Job Purpose**:
The Quality Inspector is responsible for the proper exercise of QHSE Policy and Procedures required by Schlumberger and conduct daily parts inspection and factory acceptance test in line with specifications, standards and procedures in a timely manner.

**Key Functions**:

- QHSE Responsibility: Comply with Schlumberger QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies and Standards; Comply with government laws and regulations on QHSE; Commit to QHSE target year by year with his specific QHSE responsibility on site.
- Accountable for adhering to company policies, standards, procedures, and work instructions within area of activity
- Ensure that inspection and test equipment/tooling and gauges are functional for the product inspection and test.
- Performing parts, documentation, components, materials, subassemblies and equipment inspection based on required part specifications with acceptable quality plan and sampling plan. Comply with applicable inspection procedures and standard work.
- Document the results of inspections and tests using the designated business system, following the defined procedure and test plan. Follow through till parts are received into Warehouse.
- Review and compile product quality documents in Product Quality File. On-time delivery of documentation to internal and external customers in accordance with company standards.
- Perform factory acceptance test according to procedure.
- Perform various other duties assigned within the physical constraints of the job.
- Ensure all inspection and test activities are conducted safely. Participate in creation and review of Hazard Analysis and Risk Control for these activities.

**Preferred**:

- Education: NITEC in Mechanical Technology or equivalent
- Experience: Two years of related experience from a manufacturing environment
- Able to work overtime as and when requested.
- Good communication skills, fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
- Meticulous, well organized and good housekeeping skills
- Initiative and awareness of accountability
- Physically fit to perform heavy-duty tasks
- Documentation experience is a plus.
