The Research Assistant will play a key role in the synthesis of catalysts and grafted molecules for the design, preparation, and optimization of durable and stable compounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesis of grafted molecules- Synthesis of catalysts- Demonstrate proficiency in synthetic chemistry and nucleophilic reactions- Utilize ChemDraw for molecular modeling and design

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Chemistry- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role- Strong understanding of SN2X and SNChX reactions- Expertise in designing, preparing, and optimizing durable and stable grafted molecules- Ability to guide and supervise undergraduate students- Good written and oral communication skills
